DAP

Pyramid Module

The Pyramid Module Consortium enhances the social-emotional abilities of young children and works to improve their systems thinking, builds positive relationship skills, develops supportive environments and promotes individualized interventions.

NAEYC

The National Association for the Education of Young Children is an incredible resource for Early Childhood Educators. They have DAP resources, peer reviewed articles and NAEYC also facilitates National 

Accreditation for qualifying licensed 

facilities.

About Me

My name is Gabrielle Baker, I have worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 10 years. I have two children of my own and ran an in home center for 5 years before becoming part of a licensed child care center. I began as a Pre-K Lead teacher for over 2 years and then moved to an office administrator, assistant director and now within the last year took over as center director. Instilling a growth mindset in my staff is very important to me and I believe that as people and educators we should never stop learning and should always be looking for ways to improve. I have developed this website to help new staff and veteran educators find new and exciting opportunities for professional development.
